| Description: | Lutheran World Relief is accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates specializing in a range of technical areas relevant to projects with a focus on cocoa. Lutheran World Relief seeks highly qualified candidates specializing in the following technical areas: - Agronomy/Agroforestry
- Post-harvest handling of cocoa and quality control
- Agricultural value chain development
- Capacity building
- Operations Management - Accounting , HR and Logistics
- Project Management
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Natural resource management

| Qualifications: | Candidates must fulfill the following qualifications: - Master's degree in a related field;
- At least 8 years of technically relevant experience;
- Prior experience working on agricultural production or value chain development projects funded by USAID or by other major donors;
- Professional, relevant experience in Latin America is preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish fluency preferred
- Private sector agribusiness experience (management, production, etc.) highly desirable.
